Postage policy

Orders are shipped promptly upon full receipt of payment and we only ship within Australia.

Goods are dispatched through Australia Post services unless larger products require courier/freight services.

Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery throughout Australia depending on your location

DAMAGED or FAULTY Goods
Out & About Products endeavour to make sure our products are packed and shipped to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition and are as described in the original listing.

In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged goods please advise us as soon as possible (we may request photos of any transit damage) and we will provide an exchange or refund.

Please return the item as soon as possible taking care with your postage process. 

CHANGE of MIND
We are happy to refund or exchange items if you have a change of mind or it's not quite what you were looking for OR maybe you needed a different size.
Please contact us and return the product within 30 days of receiving and we can arrange a refund.
All products MUST be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
